The employees of the most famous flower company in France, Meilland International, worked on the development of this variety of roses. The first presentation of the Black Baccarat hybrid tea rose took place at the very beginning of the 2000s of the XXI century. A few years later, the seedlings went on sale.

It should be noted that the flowers are not black, but maroon color. And only the very core of the rose has a black tint. The peak of the dark color is in the autumn season.

The plant is planted in such a way that the root system is completely in the hole, and the root collar is 3 cm above the soil level. With proper planting, after a couple of weeks, the root system of roses should be replenished with new young roots.
