What is interesting about the variety
Candlelight rose, a hybrid tea rose, debuted in 2001, and almost immediately its high decorative qualities were appreciated by amateurs and experts - the variety has repeatedly won top awards at international exhibitions. Breeders of the German company "Roses Tantau" have created a true masterpiece by combining the ancient flower shape, large size and color from the colors of recent years.
Candlelight specifications and features
The name of the rose variety is obtained by combining two English words candle (translated from English - "candle"; read [candle]) and light (translated from English - "light"; read [light]). Thus, the name of the Candlelight variety can be translated as "candlelight".
The main characteristic of the rose variety:
- bush height up to 1 m, circumference - up to 70 cm;
- flower diameter up to 15 cm, petals are golden yellow;
- rich aroma, with a fruity note;
- stems are long, strong;
- leaves of rich green color, glossy;
- resistant to fungal diseases;
- perfectly tolerates heat and prolonged rains, without losing the quality of flowering;

Preparation for winter includes pruning up to a maximum of 5 buds from the ground, water-charging irrigation, spraying with fungicides.Then they spud and mulch the base of the bush.
